2 years ago the new Telco 2Degrees entered the New Zealand market. They had a huge task on their hands of building a new Telco from the ground up to compete in the Tier 1 Market.

Radius signed an exclusive with 2Degrees for all IT & T Recruitment. Radius has placed over 200 candidates at 2Degrees in the last 2 years. Over 50% of these placements were achieved via International Search projects.

2Degrees used the "Radius Resource" model which is a fee structure that dramatically decreases the cost compared to traditional recruitment models and also encourages a business to business type relationship.

Placing almost 1 of every role within a Telco is a huge task and the time frames were very tight - Radius met its obligations and 2Degrees has now launched and is quickly becoming a leading Telco in New Zealand.

Our latest project with Simtics has been establishing an Animation department that has been brought in-house as part of the company’s business plan. We have exceeded our client’s expectation in the quality of staff and the timeframe in which we have secured the required personnel. Radius engaged with one outstanding candidate on the ground when we were in Johannesburg who has subsequently been successful for the Head of Department role.
