| Mark Hubble - Director |

Mark has over 10 years experience in the IT Industry at Senior Account Management and Sales Management levels.
After completing a double major at Otago University and a two year stint in Marketing and Sales in Auckland he spent the next 4 years in Europe, brokering large hardware deals to France and Spain.
Mark returned to New Zealand and worked for IndeServe, a large backbone cabling company, as Senior Account Manager involving large Auckland based RFP’s. Throughout the 4 years Mark worked for Maclean Computing initially as an Account Manager and then as Sales Manager.
Mark’s career has given him a broad knowledge of the IT industry from hardware sales and network backbones to large network infrastructure design and consultancy.

Cherrie has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry in a variety of roles before deciding to make a career shift into IT recruitment. Cherrie's strong background in many of the roles she now recruits means that she brings a wealth of experience to clients and candidates alike.

| Natalie Finn - Candidate Resourcer |

Natalie joined the Radius team as a Resourcer after relocating to Auckland at the start of 2008. After graduating from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History, she worked as a Sales Account Manager for a Dunedin company before making the move to Auckland. She enjoys working with people and seeing others succeed. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, having a laugh and a bit of shoe shopping!

| Lucy Hubble - Candidate Resourcer |

Lucy joined Radius as a Resourcer in September 2006. She had previous Recruitment experience at the beginning of 2000 working for a company specialising in Recruitment for the Banking, Accounting & Finance sectors.
Lucy had a break from the industry for 4 years, taking an Account Management role to suit her UK Veterinary Nursing qualification & work background. She worked for Australasia's leading Veterinary distributor that was launching here in New Zealand at the time. Lucy got to see a lot of the North Island as she covered the Bay of Plenty & Waikato territory & jokes that she knows many parts of NZ better than a lot of Kiwis!
Lucy moved to New Zealand 10 years ago & really enjoys dealing with the many overseas candidates that come through Radius.

Natalie has a number of years experience in the Sales field. Natalie brings a wealth of sales knowledge with her to Radius Recruitment, believing the key to success is working with people and delivering to people.
Natalie's aim is to provide top quality service to the clients and candidates by working through the recruitment process on a friendly, professional level. Understanding the client's needs and working with them to provide the 'best fit' solution.
Natalie has a passion for Music, having taught in a number of high schools. Through teaching Natalie found her natural gift for helping people, which was effective in taking her into her next life chapter in Sales.

Through this time he has developed strong people management skills working in the specialist areas of Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce and Business Intelligence reporting.
Dean is able to quickly understand his clients requirements and deliver beyond expectation.

Lee has experience in both the private and public health sectors in Australia and New Zealand. With in excess of 17 years experience managing Accident and Emergency Department. Private Surgical departments and theatre co-ordination. Her knowledge of financial administration, legislative compliance and clinical management ensures she is able to combine academic, clinical and practical business experience to assist in the location and presentation of talented candidates to suit your needs.

Sarah Warnock graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Management with a strong Human Resources focus. Sarah’s professional experience is made up of a mix of Reception, Personal Assistant and Administration roles. These experiences have given her strong people skills, the desire to work closely with others and to build strong relationships within the business and externally.
Sarah’s aim is to utilize her people skills and her Human Resources knowledge to help others find their ideal role and working environment just as she has found her own.
Outside of work Sarah loves snowboarding, skating, getting outdoors (especially to the West Coast Beaches) and designing and making her own clothes.
