When 2Degrees entered the New Zealand market, they had the huge task of building a new Telco from the ground up, as quickly as possible. They turned to Radius Recruitment to make it happen.
2Degrees signed an exclusive agreement with Radius for all IT & T Recruitment. Radius placed over 200 candidates at 2Degrees in the next 2 years. Over 50% of these placements were achieved via International Search projects.
2Degrees used the "Radius Resource" model which is a fee structure that dramatically decreases the cost compared to traditional recruitment models and also encourages a business to business type relationship.
Placing quality candidates in almost every new role within a Telco is a huge task and the time frames were very tight.
