WHAT WE DO - EXECUTIVE SEARCH
 
We can offer an executive search assignment when the standard recruitment process of advertising, database searching and general networking are unlikely to source the right profile of individual. Targeting industry executives requires a professional approach after prior research has shown the individual to be of the right caliber for the role. We offer both national and international search projects

The executive search process requires intimate market knowledge of the clients industry. We would dedicate of one of our experienced consultants to the task and provide them with the back up of in house and external researchers.

To ensure we maintain a successful search campaign on behalf of our clients we would require a full brief from the client prior to accepting the search. We would develop a full understanding of the client’s requirements prior to researching the market place, identifying and researching the competitors and making a shortlist of potentially suitable individuals to be approached.

The short listed individuals would then be researched and discreetly approached. The reason for the approach explained (whilst maintaining our clients confidentiality), the role then marketed and interest ascertained.

We would then present a final shortlist of pre-qualified candidate’s resumes to our client along with a summary of each individual.

Using the techniques we have developed in house we can ensure a successful search campaign is carried out. We would not accept an executive search assignment unless we were confident in our abilities to ensure a successful outcome.

WHAT WE DO - GUARANTEE OF SERVICES
 

Regardless of how rigorous the recruitment process has been with the placement of permanent staff there is always the risk that things don’t always work as expected. Radius provides a standard guarantee to the client for the period of 12 weeks from the start date of the placement.

The Radius guarantee allows for a replacement candidate to be found for that role at no additional charge.
